ARLANXEO and Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Cooperation Showcase Industrialized Sustainability with Keltan® Eco‑BC

Recently ARLANXEO’s customer Trelleborg Sealing Solutions launched a range of new reduced carbon footprint EPDM sealing products, based on Keltan® Eco‑BC, ARLANXEO’s ISCC PLUS certified bio‑circular EPDM portfolio. The launch builds on a close cooperation between the two companies and highlights the potential of sustainable elastomer materials in demanding industrial applications.

The project focuses on enabling measurable carbon footprint reductions while maintaining the full performance profile required for industrial sealing solutions. By using Keltan® Eco‑BC and other ingredients, Trelleborg was able to develop EPDM compounds based on bio‑circular, non‑fossil feedstocks with ISCC PLUS‑certified mass‑balance polymers , without any compromise in key material properties such as durability, aging behavior or processing. The Keltan® brand, and particularly the sustainable Eco portfolio, was thus clearly positioned as the enabling polymer technology, placing ARLANXEO as material partner at the core of the innovation.

From the customer perspective, the project highlights both the strength of ARLANXEO’s portfolio and the value of close collaboration.
